We convert shipping containers into turnkey mobile laboratories, process units and pilot plants: design, steelwork and fit-out, certified systems, photovoltaics and functional testing.
The shipping container is an ideal base for special technical spaces: robust, transportable, stackable and installable anywhere, even off the grid. We turn it into a complete, working unit, following the whole journey as a single point of contact.
We take care of steelwork and openings, insulation and cladding, electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems, photovoltaics for off-grid use, stainless-steel technical furniture and safety equipment. Every system is built by a firm licensed under Ministerial Decree 37/2008 (letters A–G) and delivered with a declaration of conformity.
Equipped laboratories for analysis, marine biology and ecology: stainless benches, hoods, air conditioning, dedicated utilities and safety signage.
Processing lines in food-grade environments, with dedicated machinery and washable finishes.
Small-scale experimental units for R&D projects and European programmes, from concept to functional testing.
Plant rooms, equipped storage, exhibition spaces and special fit-outs designed around the client’s needs.
Needs assessment, functional layout, systems design and technical documentation signed by the firm’s professionals.
Structural works, insulation, systems, technical furniture and finishes, with materials suited to the intended use.
Joint functional testing with the client, declarations of conformity, delivery reports and final documentation.
Units built within European Interreg Italy-Malta projects, for universities and research bodies.
